You have the right to request that any personal data related to you must be immediately deleted, provided one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 DGPR applies, e.g. when your data is not needed anymore for the intended purpose (right of erasure). 

You also have the right to request the limitation of processing, provided one of the prerequisites listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies; for example, in case you have appealed against the processing of data, for the time period of the assessment by the person responsible. 

You have the right to appeal against any processing of personal data related to you due to reasons arising out of your individual situation. We will then stop processing your data, except for the case that we can prove binding reasons to process the data or in case the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR). 

You have, disregarding any further administrative law or judicial appeal, the right of complaint to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data related to you violates the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). You can assert this right to a supervisory authority in a member nation of your residence, your work place or the place of the alleged violation.
