We will then stop processing your data, except for the case that we can prove binding reasons to process the data or in case the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR). 

You have, disregarding any further administrative law or judicial appeal, the right of complaint to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data related to you violates the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). You can assert this right to a supervisory authority in a member nation of your residence, your work place or the place of the alleged violation.
